Happy Friday! I’m stopping by to say hi for the third time this week, because I have an awesome giveaway for you. For those of you who have shown great interest in toxin-free and safer skincare, I just want to say thank you for sharing this passion of healing your skin from the inside and outside.

And because I know some of my readers aren’t interested in the skincare stuff and they just want nutrition tips and recipes (which I totally get!), I decided to create a Facebook group to share all things skin care for those of you who love this stuff! I love combining the eyeshadow colors for a dramatic, yet subtle look. I actually do something similar to the technique used in this video and I absolutely love it!
