• Chicken Thighs • Eggs • Oil • Rice Noodles • Chinese Broccoli SAUCE • Oyster Sauce • Tamari Sauce • Fish Sauce • Sugar • Garlic • Dark Soy Sauce
Mix together all ingredients for the sauce until the sugar dissolves. Add a little to the chicken, mix together, and set aside the rest.
Boil the rice noodles about 1 minute less than package instructions. Trim the ends of the Chinese broccoli then thinly slice the stems and cut the leafy parts.
Heat oil, add the chicken, then cook stirring until the meat is lightly browned. Scramble eggs until halfway cooked, then add the broccoli and stir together.
Add oil and once smoking hot, add noodles and sauce. Spread noodles out and leave for 30 seconds, flip and repeat. Then mix everything together.
