Asian Chili Garlic Shrimp

Quick & flavorful Asian chili garlic shrimp recipe! Easy pan fried shrimp are coated in a lightly sweetened savory chili sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Shrimp

Avocado Oil

Garlic

Chili Flakes

Sriracha Sauce

Ginger

Onions

Medjool Date

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all sauce ingredients together until smooth. If using coconut sugar, you can just whisk. Set aside.

Pan fry shrimp in avocado oil for 1 minute per side. Then set aside.

Add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the sauce and simmer until slightly thickened. Add the shrimp and cook for  1-2 minutes.

Garnish, serve warm and ENJOY!
