Fry the chopped bacon until browned and crispy, then bring water to a boil and lower the eggs into the water.
Bring to a boil again, then allow to simmer for 11 minutes. Next, place them in an ice bath and peel under cold running water.
Cut the eggs in half and mix the yolks with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dill, chives and seasoning. Then add in the bacon bits.
Mash until fully combined and creamy, then fill the egg whites with the mixture and garnish with bacon bits and chives.
