Tuna Egg Salad

This healthy tuna and egg salad is so simple but packed with flavor! Makes an easy paleo, Whole30, and keto lunch.

INGREDIENTS

Eggs

Tuna

Onion

Celery

Dill Pickles

Salt

Mayonnaise

Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring eggs to a boil, simmer for 11 minutes. Cool down and chop into small pieces.

Add tuna, onion, celery, and dill pickles.

Add mayonnaise, stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

Serve on its own or over lettuce wraps, toast, jicama slices, sweet potato toast, or even tortillas. ENJOY!
