• Butter or Coconut Oil • White Chocolate • Sugar • Ube Extract • Eggs • Sea Salt • Gluten-Free Flour With Xanthan Gum
Cut the butter into cubes and chocolate into smaller pieces. Microwave until the butter is melted and chocolate softened, stir until melted together.
Add sugar, salt, and ube extract and whisk together. Whisk in the eggs until smooth and fold the flour in until just combined.
Pour evenly into prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges and set in the middle.
Cool for a few minutes, then remove from the baking dish and cool for at least 15 more minutes before slicing into squares.
