• Beef Short Ribs • Chili Powder • Cumin • Onion Powder • Oregano • Coriander • Garlic • Coconut Oil • Limes • Apple Cider Vinegar • Cilantro • Sea Salt • Black Pepper • Cayenne (optional)
Combine chili powder, garlic, lime zest and spices. Sprinkle and press down all over the short ribs until they are evenly coated.
Heat oil and sauté short ribs until brown on all sides. Then pour in lime juice and apple cider vinegar and pressure cook for 35 minutes.
Let it sit for 10 minutes until the pressure naturally releases. Sprinkle with cilantro and more lime juice before serving.
