• Eggs • Ground Pork • Soy Sauce • Oyster Sauce • Sesame Oil • Sugar • Avocado Oil • Garlic • Arrowroot Starch • Green Onion • Sea Salt • Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix pork with oyster sauce, soy sauce, oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Then set aside to marinate while you prepare the eggs.

Whisk eggs, water and salt, then strain and cover with plastic wrap. Pierce a few holes and place in pot of water (not touching the water). Steam for 10-11 minutes.

Cook marinated pork for 4-5 minutes, then stir in garlic. Pour in arrowroot starch and water. Cook until the sauce is thickened.

Turn off heat, and stir in green onions. Top the eggs with the pork mixture, sprinkle more green onions, and serve warm.
