 • Sesame Oil • Garlic • Onion • Gochujang • Tamari Sauce • Sugar • Gochugaru • Milk • Korean Rice Cakes • Mozzarella • Mini Sausages • Parmesan • Korean Fish Cakes • Green Onions

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat sesame oil and cook onions and garlic until softened. Add gochujang, tamari sauce, sugar, and gochugaru. Then stir in the milk.

Add rice cakes, fish cakes, and sausage. Once the sauce comes to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until the sauce is creamy.

Remove from heat and serve, sprinkled with green onions and sesame seeds.
