• Sirloin Steak • Salt • Pepper

PASTA • Dry Pasta • Ghee • Onion • Garlic • Bone Broth • Almond Milk • Yeast • Peas • Red Pepper Flakes • Sea Salt • Black Pepper • Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side depending on your preferred level of doneness. Cover with foil and let it rest.

Heat ghee, then add in onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent. Pour in broth, milk, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add the dry pasta and simmer until pasta is cooked through and the sauce has reduced and thickened. Stir in the yeast and frozen peas for one minute.

Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Serve pasta topped with a few slices of the steak. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish.
