Cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up as much as you can. Then stir in the meat seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Lay the tortillas out on a baking sheet and add beef to each one, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes, then fold the tortilla over, press firmly so it sticks to the cheese on top, and bake until crispy.
Serve with your favorite toppings and dips. You can even gently open the tortillas and add toppings inside, if you like.
