Bulgogi Sauce • Rice Wine Vinegar • Soy Sauce • Brown Sugar • Garlic
Whisk together all the ingredients for the bulgogi sauce.
Heat sesame oil and sauté onion, carrot, and mushrooms until soft. Then add in the ground beef and cook until fully browned.
Stir in the rice and bulgogi sauce until combined, then transfer to a large bowl and set aside to cool.
Scoop out some of the mixture, and squeeze tightly until compact, then shape into a ball and coat in the furikake.
