Korean Rice Balls


These Korean Rice Balls (Jumeokbap) feature sticky rice balls stuffed with ground bulgogi beef and vegetables, then coated in furikake seasoning. An easy, customizable, and quick snack that the whole family will love!


• Sesame Oil • Onion • Carrot • Mushrooms • Ground Beef • Cooked Rice • Furikake

Bulgogi Sauce • Rice Wine Vinegar • Soy Sauce • Brown Sugar • Garlic


Whisk together all the ingredients for the bulgogi sauce.

Heat sesame oil and sauté onion, carrot, and mushrooms until soft. Then add in the ground beef and cook until fully browned.

Stir in the rice and bulgogi sauce until combined, then transfer to a large bowl and set aside to cool.

Scoop out some of the mixture, and squeeze tightly until compact, then shape into a ball and coat in the furikake.
