Grate the zucchini and set aside. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt.
Whisk together eggs, ghee, and vanilla extract. Pour over the flour mixture, and mix until just combined and a thick batter is formed.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour the batter in a prepared loaf pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing and ENJOY!
