In a greased shallow mug, whisk all cinnamon roll ingredients together. If the batter is too thick, add some more milk until it resembles a thick pancake batter.
Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle evenly over the batter. Using a knife or a chopstick, swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter in a circular motion.
Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 20 seconds. Combine ingredients for the sugar glaze until smooth. Drizzle over the cinnamon roll.
