Fluffy and delicious almond flour muffins with homemade Nutella swirled into each bite! These lower-sugar, high-protein Gluten-Free Nutella Muffins are the perfect snack or treat for any time of the day!

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Almond Flour • Baking Powder • Eggs • Sugar • Butter • Salt • Almond Milk

Homemade Nutella • Hazelnuts • Sugar • Vanilla • Cocoa Powder • Avocado Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Roast hazelnuts until lightly browned and fragrant. Cool slightly then rub them between your palms to get as much skin off as possible. Blend into a grainy powder.

Add in the rest of the homemade Nutella ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients until smooth, then mix with the dry ingredients until just combined.

Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Add Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
