Delicious and flavorful grilled artichoke recipe served with creamy, spicy gochujang aioli that's so addicting! Grilling artichokes imparts a smoky flavor that makes a perfect crowd pleasing appetizer.

• Whole Artichokes • Olive Oil • Lemon • Salt • Pepper

Gochujang Aioli • Mayonnaise • Gochujang • Lemon Juice • Garlic Powder • Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk all gochujang aioli ingredients in a bowl to combine, then place in the refrigerator.

Bring salted water to a boil. Prepare the artichokes by rinsing and trimming them. Remove small fuzzy center choke and rub cut parts with lemon.

Place the artichokes in the boiling water, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain and place them cut side down on a kitchen towel to dry.

Brush artichokes with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper mixture. Grill cut side down for 8-10 minutes until charred with grill marks.

Serve warm with the gochujang aioli.
