Pumpkin Banana Bread

Moist, fluffy, and delicious gluten free pumpkin banana bread! It's an easy recipe with wonderful Fall spices to elevate your regular old banana bread to the next level.


• Ripe Bananas • Pumpkin Puree • Almond Butter • Almond Flour • Eggs • Coconut Flour • Sea Salt • Coconut Sugar • Baking Soda • Pumpkin Pie Spice


Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin puree, almond butter, and eggs. Whisk together until smooth.

Mix in almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, sea salt, and coconut sugar. OPTIONAL: Fold in chocolate chips and/or nuts.

Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes. Optional: Top with a halved banana, cut side up.

Cool for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the pan to cool completely. Slice, and enjoy!
