INGREDIENTS

Eggs

Zucchini

Onion Powder

Ghee

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Spices

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the zucchini in to noodles. Toss with sea salt, leave to sweat. Squeeze to release the moisture.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper. Mix in egg white.

In a ramekin, create a nest, leaving an indent in the center. Place a yolk in the center of each nest. Season.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the yolks are cooked to your liking.  ENJOY!
