This ultra crispy paleo and keto zucchini fries recipe uses crushed pork rinds for the low carb breading. Served with the most addicting and delicious fry sauce!

Make the fry sauce by combining mayonnaise and ketchup. Refrigerate.

Cut each zucchini into 3 even pieces. Halve each piece lengthwise. Take each 1/2 and slice in 3 similar-sized sticks lengthwise.

In a separate bowl, crack and whisk the egg. Dip zucchini sticks in the egg wash.

Mix pork panko, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat zucchini with the pork panko mixture.

Spray the zucchini fries with cooking oil and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 8-10 minutes at 400 F.

Serve immediately with fry sauce. Enjoy!
