Korean Dumplings


Make juicy Korean dumplings, or mandu, by scratch packed with meat and vegetables. This homemade mandu can be made gluten free with delicious and sturdy gluten free dumplings wrappers. 


• Ground Beef • Ground Pork • Egg • Fermented Kimchi • Mushrooms • Green Onions • Ginger • Garlic • Sesame Oil • Sea Salt • Pepper

Dumpling Wrappers • Gluten-Free Flour • Xanthan Gum


Combine all dumpling ingredients and then cover, and transfer to the fridge while you make the wrappers.

Click below for details on making the dough. Roll a small piece of the dough into a ball, then roll out into a thin circle, about 1-2 mm thick.

Add some filling to the center of the wrapper and moisten the outer edge with water. Then fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges together to close.

Add dumplings to your steamer in a single layer and steam for 7-8 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy hot, dipped in or drizzled with dipping sauce.
