Mango Tanghulu With Tajín

This crunchy candled mango tanghulu recipe is a crossover between Chinese and Mexican flavors, with a spicy sprinkle of Tajín. So easy to make and crazy delicious!

INGREDIENTS

Mango

Granulated Sugar

Water

Tajín Seasoning

Bamboo Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the mango and cut into chunks. Thread 1-3 mango cubes onto each skewer,

Add sugar and water to a  saucepan and bring to a boil. Don't stir. Boil for 10-12 minutes.

Dip the mango skewers into the sugar mixture to coat on all sides, then sprinkle with Tajín.

The sugar coating should harden immediately. ENJOY!
