Pat the wings dry, then sprinkle them with baking powder and salt and toss to coat.
Lay the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Then flip over and bake until the skin is ultra crispy.
Whisk sauce ingredients together and simmer until thickened. Then toss the sauce with the baked wings and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
