Baked Honey Sriracha Wings

Deliciously sweet and spicy baked honey sriracha wings are made with paleo sriracha sauce, and can even be made keto. The skin turns out so crispy and it’s the perfect game day snack!

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Chicken Wings • Baking Powder • Paleo Sriracha Sauce • Honey • Ghee • Coconut Aminos • Rice Vinegar • Sesame Oil • Tapioca Starch • Garlic • Sea Salt

GARNISH • Cilantro • Sesame Seeds • Green Onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Pat the wings dry, then sprinkle them with baking powder and salt and toss to coat.

Lay the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Then flip over and bake until the skin is ultra crispy.

Whisk sauce ingredients together and simmer until thickened. Then toss the sauce with the baked wings and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
