Gnocchi Bolognese

This paleo gnocchi bolognese is so comforting, and made easy and gluten free using Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi. You can cook the gnocchi in the air fryer or on the stovetop!

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower Gnocchi

Bacon

Onion

Ground Beef

Carrot

Garlic

Celery

Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat ghee in a skillet, add the frozen gnocchi and pan fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Cook bacon for about 5 minutes. Stir in onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Then add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add tomatoes, coconut milk, and nutritional yeast. Stir and simmer for 5-8 minutes until thickened.

Stir in cooked gnocchi and season. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. ENJOY!
