SAUCE • Pineapple Chunks • Tomato Sauce • Raw Honey • Coconut Aminos • Tomato Paste • Dijon Mustard
Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth, then mix all meatball ingredients and form into bite-sized meatballs.
Set the Instant Pot to SAUTÉ, add ghee and brown the meatballs. Set them aside then add the blended sauce to the pot and deglaze.
Add the meatballs back in, and cook on MANUAL for 3 minutes, then release pressure immediately. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
