Delicious and creamy Paleo White Chicken Chili is an easy and comforting weeknight dinner that's Whole30 compliant and full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken

Coconut Oil

Jalapeños

Celery

Spices

Coconut Milk

Garlic

Onion

Green Chili

Bone Broth

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion, celery, garlic, and jalapeños. Add chicken, chili and spices and cook until chicken is browned.

Add the broth and diced green chili, and let the soup come to a boil.  Shred the chicken.

Add the chicken back to the soup, then add in coconut milk and bring back to a boil until soup thickens.

Serve topped with your favorite garnish. ENJOY!
