Pork Tenderloin In Garlic Sauce

Delicious and easy garlic pork tenderloin that’s so quick, pan fried on a skillet. The thick sauce is delicious and you’ll want to put it on everything!

INGREDIENTS

Pork Tenderloin

Oregano

Coconut Aminos

Paprika

Bone Broth

Maple Syrup

Garlic

Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice pork tenderloin into medallions, then season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook pork medallions in ghee, for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Mix together mustard, bone broth, coconut aminos, starch and seasoning for the sauce.

Cook garlic for 1 minute, then pour in the sauce and simmer. Add the pork back in the skillet for 1 minute until warmed through.

Serve warm and ENJOY!
