• Coconut Oil • Coconut Sugar • Almond Milk • Rolled Oats • Vanilla • Gluten Free Flour • Baking Soda • Baking Powder • Cinnamon • Sea Salt • Raisins, Chocolate Chips. Dried Cranberries and/or Nuts
Cream coconut oil and coconut sugar together with an electric mixer. Add almond milk and vanilla and whip until fluffy.
Add in oats, gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, and stir until just combined. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
Scoop dough out onto a prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly, and flatten slightly. Bake until the edges are set but the center is still a bit soft.
