Pomegranate Orange Scones

Flaky, buttery Pomegranate Orange Scones that go perfectly with a hot cup of coffee!

INGREDIENTS

Almond Flour

Tapioca Starch

Maple Syrup

Orange Juice

Coconut Oil

Butter

Vanilla Extract

Coconut Milk

Pomegranate

Baking Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: almond flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate bowl: coconut oil, coconut milk, orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Pour in wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. Fold in pomegranate seeds. Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap & refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Shape the dough into an 8-inch round circle and slice into 8 pieces.

Bake for 22-27 minutes, drizzle with orange glaze. Enjoy
