Pork Bulgogi

Delicious and easy Korean pork bulgogi recipe with the most addicting sauce, that can be made spicy or mild. This version is gluten free and soy free, and PACKED with flavor!

INGREDIENTS

• Pork Tenderloin or Shoulder • Coconut Aminos • Garlic • Sesame Oil • Avocado Oil • Ginger • Apple • Korean Chili Flakes • Zucchini • Green Onions • Carrot

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut pork into thin slices. Blend coconut aminos, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and apple until smooth. Pour over pork, marinate for 30 minutes.

Add oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry the pork for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.

Add more oil and cook onion, carrot, and zucchini for about 3-5 minutes. Add pork and marinade back into the pan. Cook stirring for 1 minute.

Serve warm with rice or cauliflower rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds and ENJOY!
