Asian Salmon Stir Fry

This quick and easy salmon stir fry combines nutrient-dense ingredients like salmon and veggies with a delicious stir fry marinade. Ready in under 30 minutes, with simple ingredients and tons of flavor.

INGREDIENTS

• Salmon Filet • Avocado Oil • Green Beans • Onion • Carrot • Red Bell Pepper

MARINADE: • Coconut Aminos • Rice Vinegar • Sea Salt • Garlic • Ginger Optional: Red Pepper Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all stir fry marinade ingredients in a bowl. Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes. Add to the marinade and toss to coat. Let this sit for 10 minutes.

Cook green beans, onion, carrot, and bell pepper in avocado oil until tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Next, pan fry the salmon cubes for about 2 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Add vegetables and marinade and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, with sesame seeds and green onions.
