BIG MAC SAUCE • Mayonnaise • Mustard • Paprika • Sweet Pickle Relish • Onion Powder • Garlic Powder • Apple Cider Vinegar
Stir all big mac sauce ingredients together until combined and set aside in the fridge.
Place tortillas down flat, then roll beef into a ball and place at the center of each tortilla. Flatten until it reaches the edges and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil and place the tortillas meat side down. Cook until the meat is golden brown, then flip and add cheese. Cover the pan until the cheese melts.
Top with pickles, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
