Stir Fry Sauce • Oyster Sauce • Soy Sauce • Fish Sauce • Brown Sugar
Start by whisking all the sauce ingredients together and then set aside.
Sauté the garlic and chili in hot oil, then stir in the sauce, chicken, red bell pepper, and onion. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
Next, add eggs, break the yolk and scramble until halfway cooked, then stir in the rice to combine.
Stir in Thai basil leaves and serve hot, garnished with more Thai basil, cucumber slices or lime wedges.
