Combine all meatball ingredients, except for green onions and sesame seeds, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Generously grease your hands and roll the mixture into golf-sized balls. Then place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Blend all sauce ingredients until creamy. Next, heat the sauce until thickened, then stir in the meatballs and heat through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
