• Root Vegetables (sweet potatoes, beets, butternut squash etc) • Garlic Cloves • Bacon Fat or Ghee • Fresh Thyme • Salt & Pepper
Chop the root veggies into bite-sized cubes, then place them on a sheet pan and add garlic.
Add bacon fat, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir together to combine well. Roast for 20 minutes at 450F. Take out to stir together.
Roast for another 10-20 minutes, until the veggies are fork tender and caramelized.
