• Cucumber • Paleo Mayonnaise • Coconut Milk • Fresh Dill • Lemon Juice • Garlic • Sea Salt • Onion Powder • Black Pepper
Shred the cucumber and wrap it in a paper towel or a cheesecloth and squeeze out the liquid.
Vigorously shake the coconut milk, then combine with cucumber and the rest of the ingredients.
Chill to thicken and firm up a bit or serve immediately with meat, roasted and raw veggies or salads.
