  • Place pumpkin and coconut or almond milk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it starts to boil. Whisk together then take off heat.
  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender or use an immersion blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes until foamy. Add more maple syrup, if desired, and blend again.
  • Pour into a mug, sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice before enjoying.
