Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup almond milk or your favorite dairy-free milk
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup omit for Whole30
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into 1 large glass or 2 small glasses, and serve.
