Paleo & Vegan Shamrock Shake (Whole30 Option)
Celebrate St. Patty's Day in a much healthier way with this homemade paleo & vegan Shamrock Shake. Tastes even better than the real thing and takes less that 5 minutes!
Servings: 2 servings
- 2/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup almond milk or your favorite dairy-free milk
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup omit for Whole30
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into 1 large glass or 2 small glasses, and serve.
