  • Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour out the mixture into the pan and flatten it with a spatula. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the freezer and cut into square.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
