Butternut Squash With Bacon

Slightly sweet and savory Air Fryer Butternut Squash cooked in bacon fat. Super simple ingredients and only 20 minutes of cooking time. The most delicious side dish!

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Butternut Squash • Fresh Thyme • Thick-Cut Bacon • Maple Syrup • Garlic • Sea Salt • Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare butternut squash and bacon, then add to a lined air fryer tray or basket and stir together.

Cook for 5 minutes, then add thyme, salt, and pepper and toss together. Cook for another 5 minutes, then stir in maple syrup and garlic.

Cook for another 5-10 minutes until tender and crispy on the edges. Serve warm.
