Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

This easy and creamy broccoli cauliflower salad is loaded with flavors and crunch, and happens to be dairy free, paleo, and Whole30!

INGREDIENTS

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Bacon

Cranberries

Sunflower Seeds

Mayonnaise

Onion

Salt

Pepper

Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook bacon until crispy, cut into small pieces. Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 60 seconds.

Add onion, bacon, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds to the broccoli and cauliflower florets.

Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and seasoning together.

Pour the dressing over the salad, toss together. Chill before serving. ENJOY!
