Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5 minutes. Flip, and cook for another 5 minutes, then set aside.
Next, cook onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes, then stir in tomato sauce, yeast, salt, crushed red pepper, and oregano and simmer until slightly reduced.
Stir in coconut milk, then add the chicken back into the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
