Delicious and easy skillet chicken with creamy tomato sauce is a paleo and Whole30 recipe that can also be made in the Instant Pot! It’s a comforting meal for the entire family.

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Skinless Boness Chicken Thighs • Ghee • Onion • Garlic • Sea Salt • Tomato Sauce • Oregano • Nutritional Yeast • Coconut Milk • Crushed Red Pepper • Pepper • Basil or Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5 minutes. Flip, and cook for another 5 minutes, then set aside.

Next, cook onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes, then stir in tomato sauce, yeast, salt, crushed red pepper, and oregano and simmer until slightly reduced.

Stir in coconut milk, then add the chicken back into the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
