Line a baking pan with parchment paper, then mix flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and sea salt together.
Add almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar, then stir until combined.
Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the batter, then spread the remaining batter on top.
Mix crumb topping ingredients until a crumbly mixture is formed. Sprinkle \over the cake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan. Cool completely and slice into squares.
