This caffeine-free black sesame latte is creamy, nutty, unique, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious! It’s a fun and festive seasonal drink for any time of year! Easy to make hot or iced, vegan, dairy-free, Whole30, and paleo!

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Almond Milk • Pure Vanilla Extract • Black Sesame Paste Optional Grass-Fed Collagen Sweetener

BLACK SESAME PASTE • Black Sesame Seeds • Sesame Oil • Medjool Dates

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast black sesame seeds stirring for 3-4 minutes. Let them cool, then combine with medjool dates and blend until ground up and gritty.

Add sesame oil, then blend until it becomes a smooth paste. Heat almond milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

Combine all latte ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Add a sweetener of your choice and pour into a mug.
