• Olive Oil • Onion • Celery • Garlic • Carrots • Gluten-Free Flour • Italian Seasoning • Bone Broth • Basmati Rice • Coconut Milk • Chicken Breasts • Salt • Pepper
Heat oil and cook onion, celery, and carrots until softened. Then stir in garlic, flour and seasoning.
Pour in bone broth and bring to a boil, then add in rice and coconut milk. Allow to simmer, stirring every few minutes.
Add in the chopped chicken and cook until the rice and the chicken are both cooked.
Add more salt and pepper to taste and serve warm, sprinkled with parsley.
