Cut the meat into ½ inch pieces and toss with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, dried thyme, and paprika to coat.
Cook onion and mushrooms in ghee until the mushrooms are tender and browned. Then add meat and brown all sides. Stir in garlic and starch.
Next add broth, coconut aminos, vinegar, and dijon mustard, bring to a boil, then simmer for 40-45 minutes. Cook the pasta, according to package instructions.
Add coconut milk and simmer uncovered until reduced to your desired consistency. Stir in pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Click below for Instant Pot instructions.
