Enjoy this sweet and creamy Thai Iced Coffee with vegan condensed milk. All the delicious flavors and none of the dairy! This is a healthier, paleo, and vegan version of everyone's favorite iced coffee recipe.

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Strong Brewed Coffee • Ice Cubes • Dairy-Free Milk

Vegan Condensed Milk • Coconut Milk • Maple Syrup • Cardamom Powder • Almond Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Place coffee in the refrigerator to chill. Bring coconut milk to a boil, whisking continuously. Then reduce heat to simmer until mixture is reduced to half.

Whisk in maple syrup, cardamom powder, and almond extract. Place ice cubes and coffee into glasses.

Pour sweetened condensed coconut milk over the coffee and stir together. Add more dairy-free milk if you want it creamier.
