Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth when stirred.
Process avocado, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy, then stir in the melted chocolate.
Stir in cocoa powder, starch, and sea salt, then fold in the chocolate chips and zucchini, if using.
Transfer to a prepared baking pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with flaky sea salt.
