Combine all the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't over mix.
Wet your hands and shape the meatball mixture into golf ball sized balls. Place on a wire rack an inch apart and bake until cooked through.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve warm drizzled with or dipped in the dipping sauce.
