Quick and easy grilled salmon skewers flavored with lemon garlic marinade. A delicious summer grill recipe that’s Whole30 and Keto-friendly. They are so fun to eat as well!

• Salmon Filet • Lemons

Lemon Garlic Marinade • Avocado Oil • Lemon Juice • Garlic • Dijon Mustard • Parsley • Dill • Salt • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk all the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl.

Gently toss the cubed salmon pieces in the marinade until coated. Then thread onto the skewers with lemon slices folded in half.

Grease the grill with avocado oil and grill for 3-4 minutes, then repeat on the other side until just cooked through.
