• Almond Milk • Matcha Powder • Chia Seeds • Maple Syrup • Dairy Free Yogurt • Vanilla Optional: Fruits, nuts, whipped cream, and/or Dalgona matcha
Whisk matcha and almond milk together until the matcha is evenly incorporated without any clumps.
Stir in chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour into a glass and let it sit for 15 minutes, then stir again. Cover, and refrigerate.
I topped my pudding with Dalgona whipped matcha, but you can also top it with berries, nuts, or even whipped cream.
